Assoc. Professor Nee-Kofi Mould Millman

Principal Investigator

Nee-Kofi Mould-Millman, MD PhD MSCS is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Global Health at the University of Colorado Denver, in the U.S.A. Professor Mould-Millman completed his specialty clinical training in emergency medicine at Emory University in 2011, then completed two fellowships in 2013 in Global Health and Prehospital Care. Post-fellowship training, he has been fortunate to be awarded 20 competitive grant awards: 10 by private Foundations, and another 10 by the US federal government (both National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defence). These grants have allowed Nee-Kofi to gain valuable experience designing and conducting studies in the US and in sub-Saharan Africa, and in developing deep and trustful collaborations and partnerships.

Dr Hendrick Lategan

Principal Investigator

Dr Hennie Lategan is an experienced Emergency Physician with a special interest in battlefield medicine and Acute trauma care. He holds an MBChB from Wits and an MMed from the University of Cape Town alongside his fellowship from the College of Medicine South Africa.
 
Hennie’s field of expertise includes austere and diving medicine and is a qualified biomedicine practitioner. His research accomplishments naturally follow these interests and has co-authored several noteworthy publications.
